Stopped in one day for a quick lunch as we where heading back to Buffalo. We had the traditional chicken finger sub. David's was nice enough to split it in half and put on two different plates for us.

The menu isn't huge but does have a good variety. The restaurant has moved into the plaza that Media Play used to be in, so there is more booth seating. It's not worth making a special trip - but if your hungry - not a bad place to eat.

I am surprised there's not a lot of reviews on here yet! First visit was because this was recommended by a family friend - I LOVED the STEAK HOAGY and my husband loved the meatball hoagy. The whole/full-sized one is huge... I only got the half size and was already full! Tip: get a full sized hoagy then take home the other half!

Not what I expected. I thought this would be more like a NY Deli.
I ordered the Half portion of the "Royal".
It was OK, I'm glad I didn't get the full size. I didn't really care for it.
The place was really clean, the staff were very friendly, and there were quite a few patrons in there.
I was vacationing and if I were to go back I would try something different. The sandwich just wasn't something I cared for.
Otherwise the establishment is very nice.

David's is a long-standing sub and hoagy place in Niagara Falls.  Their steak and chees hoagy is their signature item and it is a good one, with mushrooms added to the usual steak and chees.  I also enjoyed their stinger sub (steak and chicken finger).  My wife really like the royal sub here.  Their rolls are very fresh.  Inexpensive, and quick, friendly service makes it a good place for a quick bite.

My wife and I stopped in there we had a coupon we ordered a steak hoagie and a chicken finger sub well we're waiting and I'm watching the cook put raw meat on the grill wearing gloves Then he picked up the utensil for the mushrooms on the grill then he picked up the utensil for the onions threw them on the grill and he picked up the spatula to trim the meat when he picks up the cheese mind you wearing the same gloves he was handling raw meat with I called him over and told him you're not supposed be wearing those gloves handling all the processed food after raw meat he instructed me he's allowed to when he picked up the sub mind you still wearing the same raw meat gloves that's what I told my wife I'm getting my money back I don't want to it's up explain to the cashier my dilemma she apologize refunded my money and out the door we went we went down the street to Wegmans and got two subs from them
